This ministry was started as a result of the call to Rev. Julius and Evangelist Patricia Tolbert to move out of their comfort zone from Deltona Fla. to Richmond VA area. Their hearts desire was to do more on a regular basis as to fellowship and ministry assignments.  

As they being conversating amongs themselves about their retirement and where would they like to retire. The Lord begin to shake their spirits with where they were going to move. To their suprise, the Lord being to speak to them about the stated of Virginia on seperate occasions. The husband and wife being to share what God was telling them separtely.

On Sunday, August  15, 2013 as they were preparing for Sunday service, they happened to be watching a sermon that was being preached that "God called Abraham out from among Hid kin". The minister on the tv said "if you have to move to Virginia, then you must obey God. The husband and wife looked at each other in awe. When they arrived to service, the minister started preaching "God is calling you out to start ministry". As the husband and wife sat on the pew, they looked at each other in awe.

As they drove to their home, they started talking to each other that they must pray and fast about the call,because they did not know where there were going in the state of Virginia, after all, they just bought their 4 bedroom 2 1/2  bath home and were very comfortable, not to mention that they did not have any relatives, did they know anyone, nor did they have a clue about the job market or where were they going to live in the state of Virginia. 

When they arrived home, Evangelist Patricia turned on the tv to relax to prepare for the evening service, once again their was a minister on tv saing "You're moving to Virginia just obey God".  Rev. Julius and Evangelist Tolbert begin to pray and Evangelist begin to her search by internet for housing. 

It was not until Friday, February 1, 2013 is Rev. Julius and Patricia Tolbert sat down and have a conversation with their pastor about the move. Once they spoke with their pastor, ad recieved their pastor's and bishop's blessing to move forward to start ministry in VA, than they begun to put in their resignation with their jobs, they did not tell family members because they did not want to be talked out of the move.  On the morning of March 8,2013  they were off to Virginia in their budget rental truck.

As a result, we are a husband and wife team, working in ministry together to inpact the kingdom and the live of the people.
